Main issue: A contact card (man’s face with [email removed] email) appears persistently in the Shopify theme editor and cannot be located via Sections or code search (queries for “john.doe” or “contact” return nothing).
Context/artefacts: Two screenshots are attached and central to understanding the visual issue.
Latest update: A responder attempted to preview the theme but could not find any page displaying that card and could not reproduce the issue from their side.
Actions requested: Provide a theme preview link so others can directly inspect the affected page/state in the editor.
Status: Unresolved/ongoing. No fix identified yet; further access is needed to investigate where the card originates (e.g., specific template, hidden setting, or embedded content).
Please Help, This Contact Card (the man’s face and his [email removed] email, seems to be permanently stuck on my theme editor. I cannot find it in a section or in code (using john.doe or contact as search)… It is SERIOUSLY DRIVING ME NUTS.

I tried to get a preview of that theme, but could not find page that looks like that and has that card.

It seems to be an issue with the app you’re using.
The floating contact card with the sample agent image looks like the Shopify Inbox chat avatar preview, and it appears inside the theme editor only, not on the live store.
This happens when Shopify Inbox is installed AND the chat bubble is enabled.
To remove it completely, you can simply disable the Shopify Inbox chat bubble

Hello Laza, I am onto the Shopify Customer support now, it does not show in the preview…or the live page… only in the theme editor. The gift icon (I have no idea why that is showing) is linked to my schedule page.
