Hello,
One of our clients has a product with 8000+ reviews. Reviews are pushed via JudgeMe to Google Merchant center. All good so far until Google Merchant stopped showing 95% of the reviews. The feed file is about 50mb big so below the 100mb. However, there are too many attributes on the review file: Too many SKUs/GTINs. JudgeMe has been not very helpful trying to help us for the past 2 weeks. Any idea how we can solve this so all reviews are showing again?
Technically we would have to remove the SKUs of the product but that’s not an option … I wish JudgeMe would allow to edit the feed.
Thanks
Mark
Split the file into smaller files. However if Judgeme does not want to help you fix this, then that is a problem.
I guess, you could download the file, splice it up, then host the smaller XML files on your own servers, then submit these links.
You do need to know what you are doing, as simply copy pasting half of the file will not work. You need to correctly open and close all XML defined elements.
My recommendation, JudgeMe needs to fix it, continue to talk to them to resolve the issue.
Hosting the file myself sounds tricky.
JudgeMe is not very helpful. It’s been 3 weeks they are “looking” into this.
I think I have to try to block some variants to be uploaded to the review feed but this would only work if JudgeMe helps me.
