Hello all!

My name is Tiana, i’m a surrealist artist. I just launched my art store where I share (so far) Art Prints and Stickers of my art! While my store has just opened i’m in the process of learning marketing and trying to create traffic to my store. Getting sales was a little harder than what I had originally expected. I plan to keep creating art and adding more merchandise such as shirts, tapestries, etc. I would love any suggestions or feedback you have to offer! And of course any support is greatly appreciated as well!

Your store is awesome :sparkles: I encourage you to add this art in t-shirts, cups, and bags. You can use printful to make your work easy. Read more bout it.

First - Congratulations, Tiana, on achieving and completing your first major milestone. I am assuming that you have already set up your RETARGETING/REMARKETING campaigns on Facebook and Google Ad platforms. If not, you should. I think the new SHOPIFY AUDIENCES make it simpler to do so.

Also, make sure to set up a “welcome series” emails via SHOPIFY EMAILS or KLAVIYO (or similar) to continue engaging with your email subscribers. Since you have a portfolio of your work, you can drop an email every 2-3 days for a series of 8-10 emails over the next several weeks once someone signs up with you. Similarly, you can setup “post-purchase series” emails also. Look under MARKETING > Automations if you are using SHOPIFY EMAIL.

Definitely, setup Facebook/Instagram Shopping, Pinterest Shopping and Google Shopping channels to distribute your product catalog natively on those platforms. All orders will flow through to your Shopify store for fulfillment.

Use SEMRUSH, AHREFS or UBERSUGGEST to audit your store to see how you can improve it from an SEO (search engine optimization) perspective. Though it takes time for you to see the benefits of organic search, it pays dividends over a long period of time.
