Just launched Nomadz Paws

I just launched my new store recently and i have been working hard at getting up to speed on all the different aspects.

I would love your feedback and suggestions regarding my pet store

  1. Store URL: https://nomadzpaws.com/

  2. What we are trying to achieve and what outcome we expect:

I want to make sure that visitors like my products and become repeat customers.

Thank you for all the advice

Thank the lord that you have a professional domain and email. I can’t express how many times I needed to mention this.

  1. You need to double check your website for any errors. You want to look professional. As you can see, your specs and color title is incorrect.

  1. Your contact information is incomplete, if your not using all the fields. remove it. dont leave things unpopulated.

  2. You need to build some trust signals, if you don’t have any reviews. atleast be transparent about where your based out. For all we know you can be located in China. add some social media or something.

  3. Always put yourself in a customers shoes and ask yourself questions. If you were someone, why would they buy from you? Is the price point good? Is this a trustworthy business? From what i can see is that at this point, your just a company with no business information except an email address. Also for an email response with no trust signals 1-2 days for a reply is way too long.

edit: make sure your layout looks good, from desktop mode, your colors take up way too much space and that means that im scrolling down for no reason.

Thank you for the feedback. This is exactly what I need and I will look into the suggestions.

Thank you

Try not to put the TM on every single thing. Dead giveaway that something ain’t quite right.

If you’re dropshipping, you should be careful that you aren’t claiming an already trademarked product as yours. Sure way to get the site red flagged on scamadvisor.

Study the market. Do you think people have not done such websites?

Ask yourself: Would you personally buy these products, and at this price point? If not, why?

Thank you for the advice.

Dear @NomadzPaws

I have checked your site. In my opinion, you should add a product list directly on the homepage.
Just think about it: after reading some useful information, instead of having to click a button or a link to access the product page, customers could add related products right from the content they are reading. A fast and streamlined process will be a great advantage for you.

Eric from Shopplaza

Hello @NomadzPaws

A few things from a quick browse:

  • I own a dog - 9 out of 10 times I wipe her feet with dog wipes after coming back from a walk. Consider a couple of videos of different dogs happily getting their paws cleaned. My biggest concern - my dog won’t like it - convince me that I am wrong.
  • FYI - “Contact Information” in the footer takes you a different contact page with only your email.
  • You highlight - Located in the US. Consider adding your address to the contact page to help with the credibility. Make it easy for the consumer - most won’t hunt your privacy page for the address.
  • Add a fun Favicon to help visitors locate your browser tab.

Regards.

Thank you for the advice

Congrats on the launch — for pet brands, the first few seconds usually matter more than people think.

If I were tightening this first, I’d focus on 3 things:

  1. Make the hero immediately explain who this is for and why it’s different

  2. Add stronger trust signals above the fold

  3. Make the product pages feel more scenario-led, not just feature-led

A lot of newer stores look clean, but still feel generic because the copy doesn’t give visitors a sharp reason to care fast enough.

Curious — are you already sending traffic, or are you still refining the site before pushing ads?

I tried checking your website I see it has a password
