I relaunched my website https://trusttheuniversethebrand.com/ but still I haven’t gotten any orders. What am I doing wrong?
Hi Michael, yes
why would they disable your account?
Hi,
What’s the name of your store? What suggestions can you share with me?
Hi @mariaa_ra ,
It’s Kate here from PageFly, a Shopify Landing Page Builder app. As a website builder and a CRO expert, I have some suggestions for optimizing your store.
I understand that deciding to relaunch your store is not an easy decision. Congratulations on making it this far! The photos are really nice, and the store interface is clean, clear, and well-organized. However, I have identified several issues that could be contributing to the problems you’re experiencing.
SEO
1. Your brand is invisible in the Shop search results.
2. The product title SEO.
Your product titles lack key search terms like “Shirt,” “T-shirt,” “Graphic Shirt,” etc. As a result, your target audience might not be able to find you. This leads to visitors who are not your target demographic, making it harder to convert them into buyers. For example:
The Shop results:
When I searched for your product title in the Shop search results, the results should reflect the customer’s search intent. If your keywords don’t match their intent, the visitors might not be people who are initially looking to buy your product.
YOUR WEBSITE
HOMEPAGE:
1. Create your hero banner with:
- A title
- A sub-title
- A real CTA button
→ This is good for SEO.
Also, put the keyword of your product genre in this heading.
2. Make your SALE banner more pop.
One suggestion is to spotlight your leading product to potentially increase both click-through rate (CTR) and conversion rate (CR).
3. Create a “Featured Product” section on your store.
One suggestion to spotlight your leading product and potentially increase CTR and CR. For example:
PRODUCT PAGE:
1. Your store lacks header, reviews, and product recommendation sections. This absence could make it difficult for visitors to navigate your store.
I understand that this is just the quick buy pop-up for the product. However, the pop-up appears too wide, and I found it impossible to access your product page from either the homepage or the collection page. As a first-time visitor, this led me to assume that the pop-up was the main product page.
My advice is to make the product pop-up window smaller and ensure the product page is more accessible from the start.
2. Consider making the ‘Size Chart’ a pop-up image. These changes will make it easier for visitors to navigate your store and expedite their purchasing decisions.
I hope these tips will help enhance your store and boost conversion rates. Wishing you the best in your endeavors. Keep up the great work!
Cheers,
Kate | PageFly team
Hello,

Thank you for sharing your store URL. This allowed me to go through your site.
You have a beautiful website. I believe a few adjustments may be required to make it more professional and appealing to customers.
Here are some recommendations:
Header:
1.Wishlist missing.
- Social media Icon missing.
You can follow this.
Homepage: (First Impression is the last impression)
The homepage is the first landing page your customers will see after opening the website. Yours is done beautifully.
1.Add featured products on the home page with a cart icon.
2.Featured Products / all Titles should be Optimized and Seo Friendly.
3.Add sticky add to cart button on home page collection features.
4.Add a Lead magnet section on Home Page
5.Add customer reviews on the home page to gain the trust of the customer.
Collection and Product Page:
-
Add Product Review on Collection Pages
-
Add Sticky add to Cart and Buy now Button for quick checkout
-
Add Trust Badges bellow add to cart or Buy now Button
-
Add Products Bages like New, 10% Off, You Save 20$ or Free Shipping
SPEED Optimization:
1.Your site might be in need of Optimization too. As per Google Insights, your site score is 35 which means that attention is required here. A well-optimised site rates 60+ for mobile version, this affects your SEO ranking and decides how many customers/visitors view or find your website as 80% visitors use mobile to place the order. This is especially important if you don’t want to invest in advertisements.
Speed optimization is required to increase sales and traffic. Also, if your speed is not good, your website ranking will definitely fall.
I hope this helps..
Please feel free to contact us for any further help that you might require.
Best regards,
San.

My problem is the opposite! How does one get 100 visits a day on Shopify?
I run a bookstore. I notice that if I receive 100 visits to my Shopify websites, I am almst certain to make 2 or 3 sales that day.
To attract 100 visits a day, I generally need to pay for a social media advert or to pay a fee (usually $5 a day over a month) to Google Merchant Center. This works out expensive. And I do not wish to continue spending money on advertising.
Just wondering how to achieve 100 visits a day without making payments.
I have been advised that posting 3 or 4 times a day on social media (which does not cost anything) fatigues one’s audience.
Some people advise that the content of the post is what is important.
Some views on this would be really welcome. Thanks Pat at Quay Books.
