Klarna On-Site Messaging app is blank not working

I have successfully installed Klarna On-Site Messaging on one website, its the basic plan and using Klarna payment through shopify, it’s integrated so I did not need a Klarna account.

I have built a new shop and for some reason the Klarna On-Site Messaging is just now blank when opening it on both sites. is anyone else having the same issue? I’ve asked shopify and they say ask Klarna support, which have not got back to me. I have tried uninstalling and did not help. It did show at first and said it could not connect and needed an MID, my original site said the same then one day it just connected auto and now works.

Hi @Username_Chris :waving_hand: for third party apps,systems,servcies,tools etc etc contact that third parties support.

Beyond that you’d need to drastically improve the detail for others to reproduce the issue or even be able to see it.
