Klarna Payment Integration Looping

We’re trying to enable the standard Klarna and Shopify integration on our store, but every time I install it I end up in a loop where both platforms keep redirecting me without completing the setup.

Klarna have checked our account and, because it shows as integrated on their side, they can’t see an issue and have asked me to take it up with Shopify. Shopify have advised that, due to limitations, they aren’t able to provide further support.

I’m now stuck without a clear point of contact to resolve this. Has anyone experienced something similar, and is there someone who can help me get this over the line?

Try third party Stripe Checkout solutions if you have a Stripe account that supports Klarna.

Hey! I’ve seen this happen before — that redirect loop usually points to a conflict between Klarna’s authorization and Shopify’s payment settings.
Try removing Klarna completely, clearing cache, and reinstalling from an incognito window. If that doesn’t work, it might help to reset the integration directly through Klarna’s merchant dashboard before reconnecting.

If it keeps looping, you could consider using Shop Pay Installments, Afterpay, or Sezzle — they work smoothly with Shopify and offer similar “buy now, pay later” options.

Happy to share what’s worked for me if you’d like some quick guidance.

You need to just keep hammering BOTH support channels.

Unless this is an app install for a third party in which case directly all energy at that third party.

And just do the basic troubleshooting 101 for technology and websites
turn it on & off again; disable/enable , uninstall/install, logout/login
try a different browser all together or :bomb: fully clear the browser cache(this can effect ALL sites you use).
