Hey guys I’m wanting to achieve on my product collection pages the following:

Can anyone help me with this, I have the Klarna placement app but unsure how to implement it for this type. I have used normal placements on the product page as you can drag and drop but this is more difficult.

In addition to earlier comment, if your theme supports Online Store 2.0, app blocks are the easiest way to add on-site messaging to pages, per: https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/shopify/on-site-messaging-app-for-shopify/install-steps/#add-placements-online-store-20-app-blocks
If your theme does not support Online Store 2.0 app blocks, you can hopefully find a CSS element on the page to use, or add a new CSS element, per: https://docs.klarna.com/platform-solutions/shopify/on-site-messaging-app-for-shopify/faqs/#troubleshooting-how-to-have-messaging-at-specific-location-custom-css
Note: Product collections pages don’t have a specific product price, so you’ll need to use a non-amount based (static) placement. (Your screenshot shows an amount based (dynamic) placement with a price.)
