Issue: Klaviyo Reviews app does not appear or render in Shopify store. It’s missing from the App embeds (on/off) list and, when added as a section from the Apps list, it displays only a blank space on the site.
Context: Store uses a custom third‑party theme purchased and customized from Etsy. The user followed Klaviyo’s setup steps after customizing the review widget.
Behavior observed: Widget is selectable as a new section in the theme editor but fails to display any content once placed. No app embed toggle is available for Klaviyo Reviews.
Impact: Reviews cannot be shown or configured within the theme editor/storefront.

Hello! I can’t figure out why Klaviyo Reviews app won’t show up in my theme editor nor at all. I am using a custom theme I bought and customized from Etsy. I followed the steps from Klaviyo after I customized my app widget. Klaviyo Reviews does not show up in my app embeds switch on/off list either. When I try to add the widget as a new section, it shows up in the apps list just fine but when I put it onto my site it is just a blank space.
Can someone please help me?
