I bought a product on the website ktued.com 3 months ago, the product never arrived to me, then I tried to look for support on their website and I figured out they are using Shopify, I could reach them out via email and the only thing they say that they can do for me is refunding me only 40%. That is not fair, as I am a client, and have no fault about what happened, they should at least refund me 100%.
When I bought the product I created an account, then after some time my account is not recognized in their database anymore and they can’t even solve this problem as well.
So I thought I should make Shopify aware that this website is using their service to scam people, I am not sure if this is the right place to report it, so I ask what is the best thing I can do about this scam website?

In these situations the best next step is to reach out to your bank or credit card provider. They have policies in place to help support you in these situations. Your bank can open an investigation which, if the business is hosted on Shopify, will also trigger an investigation on our end as well.
Thank you for your time to answer my question, I will take a look at this, to be honest, I think that will be really hard to make some effect because I did a Brazilian transaction direct to their account (called PIX), but I can ask the bank anyway.
At least I can have this question here, then if someone is researching something on Google about that website, Google might show to them this question, and some people can be aware of that scam website, and I am happy with it.
