can anyone help me to make show my language selector on header in mobile view , on computer view its showing both side on head nd footer but i cant see it in mobile its shown only in footer.
yes boss its already on from their and it can be shown on desktop view but when you see in mobile view it wont show

On the mobile device, the language selecor are displayed inside drawer.
This is because if we add the language selector on the header itself, it will not look good. If this is something you are looking for, we cah do this using JS.
