My banner height looks perfect on a 21 inch monitor but when I view the site on my 14 inch laptop the banner height looks too big for me which makes me have to scroll a bit.
Can any of you help me out on how I can fix this?

They look the same actually. But regardless, there is only one size for desktop and one size for mobile. The way it looks depends highly on your screen resolution. If it’s 50 px tall, it’s going to be bigger on a screen with lower resolution.
