yea, at the cost of several hundred dollars a year- and most of the crappy apps you listed only have a 7500 product limit so not really helpful. Shopify should just remove the limit for free instead of making users rely on expensive jenky third party apps.

Correct. Shopify should remove this limit. It’s frustrating for businesses.

Agreed. It’s a limitation without a reason. Sort of like giving you a six cylinder car, but only enabling four of them.

Shopify when will there be an upgrade of more than 5k products? especially for shopify plus users this limit should be removed and does not fit an innovative platform like Shopify.

It isn’t coming. They want you to pay 5x for the next tier. I’ve yet to find a platform that will handle large collections but I expect one will appear given that Shopify has decided to genuflect in front of large corporate masters. The opportunity for a mid-tier platform to step in is significant.

I want to comment to this thread because we have the same issue. We already have 2500 collections… make them smaller is not an option.
