Launch product page without selecting variant in Dawn Theme

Hi, I’ve set up my store using the dawn theme. Mostly i"m happy with how it looks. But I’m selling a lot of small products that have multiple variants (such as door handles which come in similar but different shapes) which are sold on a single page with the variants selectable. My advertising images show the various items together and when someone clicks on the links I’d really like the image with the multiple variant to be the first thing they see. When you click the link at the moment you get the first item in the list selected and shown only the image of that one item, which is not converting well. A good example is this: when you select the collection you get the multiple variant images here https://thecuratedhome.store/collections/kids-room but when you select one item you get a single variant image like here https://thecuratedhome.store/products/wooden-knobs-furniture-pulls-wardrobe-door-pulls-kids-room-decoration-furniture-hardware-moon-star-cloud-cabinet-handles with the multiple variant images shown at the bottom. How can I change this please as I’d like the image from the collection front page to be shown.
