I’m a solo developer and I just launched WishPoint, a loyalty app with a slightly different mechanic than the usual points programs.
Instead of customers collecting generic points they forget about, they pick a specific product from your store as a goal — then earn points toward it with every purchase. When they hit 100% (or a partial threshold if you allow it), they redeem for a discount code or a free product. The idea is that having a concrete target keeps customers coming back more intentionally than “you have 340 points” ever does.
It includes a storefront widget, a checkout progress bar, a customer account page, automated emails (points earned, goal reached, near-goal nudges), and a full analytics dashboard showing attributed revenue and customer segments.
It’s completely free right now — I’m in early validation mode and genuinely want real merchant feedback more than anything else. If you install it and something doesn’t work the way you’d expect, or a feature is missing that would make it useful for your store, I want to know.
