Your feedback and support for Retrevo, the app for SMS Marketing and recovering Abandoned Carts, have been instrumental in shaping the evolution of our app, and today, we are proud to announce a series of major updates that will greatly increase your user experience. Let’s dive in:
- Multi-step SMS automations: You can now send multiple SMS messages in a sequence for a multi-touch point experience. Furthermore, we’ve re-organised the Automations pages so they are easier to understand. Finally, take advantage of more template variables and extended time delays.
- Improved dashboard: We’ve listened to your feedback and improved our metrics dashboard! You should see improved accuracy for all metrics going forward and as a bonus, we’ve added a fancy graph to display the number of SMS messages sent over time.
- Message logs page: You’ve asked for it, we listened! We’ve added the ability to see the most recent messages sent to your customers.
- Improved Support: We’ve changed our support provider and extended our support times.
- We’ve introduced a verification system for shops: Simply contact us via Chat support and we’ll verify you and give you some extra free credits on top!
- Improved application performance: We’ve invested in and upgraded our physical hardware. You should see a significant boost in app loading speed. It’s super snappy!
We’ve also revamped the main website to make it more user-friendly & accessible.
