The branding is really well done. The Japanese cat theme feels intentional and the design is cohesive, which already puts you ahead of most stores I see here.

A few things before running ads though. The illustrations are nice but you’re selling physical products at $100+. People want to see the real thing, especially materials and size. Add 2-3 lifestyle photos per product with an actual cat using it. That alone will make a huge difference in conversion.

The reviews section looks a bit templated right now. If you have real customers, ask them for photos with their cats. User generated content is gold for pet products.

Only 3 products also means your average order value is pretty fixed. Maybe consider accessories or bundles to give people more reasons to add to cart.

What’s your plan for traffic? Mainly paid ads or organic too?

Hi @Baptiste193170

Please share your store

Are you mainly selling to Australia? Because your store currency is AUD. If so, you may need to purchase a .com. au domain.
Please add more information to Contact us; for now, it only has a contact form.
In product page, in Shipping & Return, you have only return information, does not have shipping information.
In case you want product reviews for your item, our Ryviu can import reviews from Amazon products

Best regards,

Thankyou very much it’s my first store so I’ just experimented, unfortunately no customers yet. I will fix price ngl that was little ambitious hahaha. The goal is to get organic photos of product, for adds and free (ish) traffic from cx content. I will fix reviews and look into bundles but I have no idea what would work tbh, but thankyou so much for the tips. I tried looking on youtube , and literally everything is someone who obviously has some sort of partnership with AI building tool, and talks about how you can cut corners.

Very nice too see people here giving advice and being supportive.

I’m gonna try and run like 5x 5$ fb adds and just wing it.

Been really liking the process

@Baptiste193170 ,
The whole minimal / Japanese-inspired aesthetic and natural materials angle is very appealing and gives the brand a premium feel.

Recommend a few small things to improve conversions:

Add stronger trust signals, Since it’s a new store visitors may hesitate.
Add things like:
More customer reviews
Real lifestyle photos or UGC
Shipping & returns info near the Add to Cart button.

Clarify the offer quickly, The design is beautiful, but the hero section could explain the product faster e.g., Premium Natural Cat Furniture Designed for Modern Homes.

Product page reassurance
Consider adding
Size guide
Delivery times
A short benefits section.
Add urgency or incentive
A simple offer like 10% first order or free shipping banner can help ads convert better.
Overall, the store already looks clean and premium, so you’re close. I’d just tighten the trust and conversion elements first, then start with small test budgets for ads.

Good luck with the launch the concept is actually really nice!

Hey thankyou so much for your very valued feedback have updates pre much everything in the process of launching ads, I’m sure the tweaks you recommended will make a big difference!

The support here is amazing!

Hello,

I will add to what others have mentioned with a couple of thoughts.

  • It took me a bit of looking around to find out what products you were selling. As Lumine mentioned - show them off.
  • Cat furniture - have the messaging pop - “Furniture you’re proud to own, and your Cat will love!
  • You have an offer of 10% off your first order. - You have to scroll to the bottom of the page to see that offer. You might consider moving it higher up in the page, putting it in the header, or adding a banner.

Regards,

Hello @Baptiste193170 I am not sure if you can read this but I think you need to optimize your store before ads. I just viewed your store and to be honest the font size was too small so I could not read it. And also according to my opinion there is step by step for the store. Optimize the site for Conversion Rate is the previous step of ads. Before increase the traffic you need to increase the Conversion Rate. Between 0.5% conversion rate and 1% conversion rate is amazing. This means that half of the traffic increase on 1% conversion rate. Please don’t lose the traffic without buying anything on your website and optimize CRO to use ads more effective.

Hope this is helpful.
