LeadForm COD app sending wrong total price to Google Sheets (price always the same)

Hello everyone,

I built a Shopify COD store using the LeadForm COD app.
I’m facing an issue with the price sent to Google Sheets.

My product price is 1900. Customers choose:

  • Delivery method (home or desk office)

  • Province / city

However, no matter which province or delivery method is selected, the price sent to Google Sheets is always 2261.

The correct price should change based on:

  • Province

  • Delivery method

But the sheet always receives the same total.

I’ve checked:

  • Product price (only one price, no variants)

  • Delivery options inside the form

Has anyone experienced this issue with LeadForm COD?
Is the app sending the final total instead of product price, or is there a hidden default shipping / COD fee applied?

Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

This appears to be an issue related to the app. Have you already reached out to their chat support? If so, what was their response, and were they able to help?

I’d recommend reaching out to the app’s support team if you haven’t already. They’re usually the best resource for this and should be able to guide you through a solution.
