Left-Hand menu automatically opening

We are using Analyzify Prestige Theme 5.6.0. We are currently experiencing the following errors:

  1. Left-Hand menu and Right-Side Cart windows are automatically opening, and the visitor is not able to close out.
  2. Top menu/drop-down opens without a prompt and the visitor is not able to close out.
  3. This problem is intermittent and occurs both on the desktop and mobile platforms.

Does anyone know how to correct this? Thank you

This indicates that one or more documents within your webpage are being rendered in a compatibility mode that may not fully adhere to modern HTML and CSS specifications. Quirks Mode can result in unexpected layout and rendering behaviors due to legacy compatibility considerations.
