Let’s assume customers order products through my Shopify store. The orders are then forwarded to my supplier and they handle shipping and logistics.
Are there apps which would update the status of the order automatically? So my supplier could log in to some kind of platform and see a list of all the products ordered there and update the tracking number and order status which is then automatically updated in my Shopify backend? Please take into account that the app should work in Europe as well. Any recommendations for reliable apps?
I assume a custom fulfillment service would work as well but I guess this would guess messy with all those cancellations and tracking numbers having to be updated manually?
