Limiting services to be purchased outside of area zone

Hello,

I am after some understanding around the best practice for services that are only available to a particular area or zone. Is there a app or a best particular way to set this up where we are limiting customer going to the end and being left with disappointment.

Keen to understand this.

You could restrict shipping countries on certain items in Shopify by following these steps below:

  • From Shopify Admin > Setting > Shipping and Delivery
  • Under the Shipping section, click Create new profile
  • Name the profile and go to Products and add your desired products to the section by using the search bar.
  • Go to Shipping To and click on Create Shipping Zone
  • Name it as you want
  • Choose the countries (or regions) to add to the zone and click Done
  • You can then select the shipping rate for each zone by clicking on Add Rate
  • After you’re done, click Save

Thank you @AvadaCommerce . This is great however not quite what I was after.

We offer installation services where we have employees which are specific to the towns we operate within NSW Australia. I need to be able to only offer these services to those towns in which are close to our 3 home branches and not have it available for people outside those specific locations. Is there another way you may know off to achieve this?
