I noticed that when I give my staff access to my Customers that they are able to see what that Customer’s total spend is. That is too much information to share with my staff, yet they still need access to Customer accounts. Is it possible to give my staff access to Customers, but make it so they are unable to see that customer’s total spend?

Unfortunately there is no way to provide your staff access to the Customers tab while hiding the customers total spend. Can you provide more insight into what information you need the staff to have access to and why? There could be a potential work around here, however I need additional context.

Thanks for your reply! I need my staff to be able to add and remove tags on certain customer accounts. We have our site set up so certain tags allow access (ability/permission to login) to shop with us.
We also need to allow staff to be able to send password resets to our customers.

Thanks for the additional info! While I can’t guarantee this will work, it is worth a shot.
There are a few apps available for customer tags, you could potentially use one of these apps, and provide your staff access to apps and remove access to customers. Again, I am not sure if this will work, as the app might need your staff members access to customers as well.
