I wish to line up the product reviews so things look better and also I wish to remove shipping calculated at checkout on the product description I am using the debut theme if that helps I am guessing it has something to do with editing the theme code but where to begin?

In order to remove the Shipping policy from the single product page, please edit the file theme.css and add this code and the end of the file.

display: none;
}
Regarding the reviews badge stars on collection, and honest suggestion is to remove them for now.
Most of your products do not have a reviews at the moment and that is not looking good and it will probably hurt your conversion rate.
You may considering to add them back when you have collected enough reviews from the customers.
thank you that has removed what was needed and ill remove the reviews I heard of an app that imports aliexpress reviews that might be better.
