Link to product page with items in cart

Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to send a user to a product page with items already in their cart?

I understand I can create a permalink that fills the cart with specified items, but I would like to send the user to a product page instead of the checkout or cart.

Hi, I am sorry if i was unclear. I am hoping to have URL link that i can put into the emails that will take the user to a specific product page. But, when the user arrives on that product page, I would like the cart to be full with three specific items.

Is this possible?
