I have created a storefront using the headless API but the logo in the checkout links to the shopify-hosted webshop which is not being used. How can we add the storefront url instead?

The link is determined by the channel which creates the cart/checkout. For example if you’re using Hydrogen, and point a domain to the Hydrogen storefront, the checkout logo will link to that same domain.
Alternatively, another approach is to set up a redirect in the liquid template like this.
