Hi. I’m not able to get my Linkpop account to shop up on my link in bio: https://linkpop.com/crystalstorms
It fails to load on my computer (Safari) and also my phone.
Please advise.

I understand that you are having issues with accessing the Linkpop page from your bio. Are you able to confirm which social media platform you are using? Feel free to share the direct link to your social media page and I’ll be able to test this out. For instance, I found your page on Instagram and the Linkpop site was loading perfectly.
It’s also possible that this link was mistakenly blocked by some specific Internet Service Providers, so I ask that you try accessing it via a different network.

Thank you for your quick response and effort in finding my Instagram profile. That’s the profile I would have shared that wasn’t working for me. I turned off my wifi and tried to access it through my phone signal, and Linkpop opened perfectly. So my internet network only blocked me. Good to know. Thank you!
