LinkPop Link Not Working On Social Media And Online: "The page you're looking for couldn't be found"

Is LinkPop currently having issues? I cannot access my page via the link I have on my social media accounts and it’s not accessible via desktop either. I get the dreaded “The page you’re looking for couldn’t be found” message.

I can log in my LinkPop account with no problems and change data but it’s not working for my customers and others trying to access my Linkpop page.

Thanks for your help!

Julia

Hi, I’m having the exact same issue, and none of my customers can access it either. Hoping it gets resolved quickly.

I am having the same issue: https://linkpop.com/chanae

Hi @SewJulia

Thank you for posting this. Our developers are investigating and we should have Linkpop back up and running in no time.

It is now working via laptop but not mobile devices. I’ve tried two mobile devices.

Thank you Shay! Within an hour or so after I had posted, it started working again! You guys are quick! LOL

Hi Shay, I am still having issues with this.

Hi @LavidaSteph

If you are still experiencing issues with Linkpop please do a full browser cache and cookie clear and let me know if the issues are persisting.

If you can provide some more details about what issues you are experiencing, that will help me troubleshoot this with you.

my link pop is not working both on mobile and laptop.

Hi there, is this fixed for everyone? we have been contacted by a few people saying they can’t access the linkpop in our bio.

Link is linkpop.com/devoteewear

Hi @Ped_1325

I don’t have any additional reports of issues accessing Linkpop at this time. Were you able to replicate the issue on your end by chance?

If not, I would please ask customers to provide you with a screenshot of what they are seeing as well as the device and browser they are using as well. This will help our support try and replicate the problem for further troubleshooting.

I am also getting messages from people that both of my linkpop links are not working for them. They are linked on instagram. But they are working for me. So I’m not sure what to do. https://linkpop.com/laurieanneart

Please see below. Looks like others are having this issue as well.

I’m having the same problems with my linkpop right now, not working on instagram or online when I go to my account details. Help!

Hey, @Caro22 ! Welcome to Shopify Community!

I’d love to help you with this concern. Could you please try performing the following troubleshooting steps to see if any of these resolve the issue?

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser (https://shopify.link/nWZD)

  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window (https://shopify.link/xy5o) to rule out any browser issues. If you are still experiencing the error using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.

  • Ensure the web browser (https://shopify.link/3zvN) is up to date (https://shopify.link/ynwg) on the latest version.

  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.

  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).

  • Reinstall the Instagram app or make sure it’s up-to-date

Let me know how it turns out!

Hi there, thank you, I wonder if it’s some random error, because about an hour or so later the link was working again and I changed nothing.
Does this happen from time to time?
Thanks for replying,
Carolyn

My pleasure, @Caro22 ! Thanks for getting back to me. I’m glad to hear the issue fixed itself.

This normally doesn’t happen, so there’s a likelihood the error was caused by a local issue. For context, those are technical difficulties that are triggered by something on your device or your surrounding circumstances. I checked and didn’t find any site-wide issues involving Linkpop, therefore, it’s likely it was an issue happening on your end only.

If it happens again, please feel free to perform the troubleshooting steps I shared in my previous reply. If none of them fix the issue, you’re welcome to reach out to us again and we’ll help you out!

Facing the same issue today, across multiple platforms. Safari and Chrome both saying website is not secure

Hey there! Thanks for reaching out about this. I was not able to replicate any issues on my end for Linkpop so I recommend connecting with our authenticated chat support team for further troubleshooting. If you are able to and haven’t tried yet, can you please try accessing Linkpop through a different internet connection and see if that works. Also, if you have a VPN please try disabling that as well.
