Both links and phone numbers won’t show up on my site. They’re clickable but you just can’t see them. Please help. I’ve done all I could to change colors but nothing works.

I’ve changed all the text colors to white. Nothing has changed. All links on my site show up “purple”. Neither the purple or the white is showing.
How can I locate that screenshot and change the color from black?
How do I find that page on my end? I don’t know how to locate that screen and I don’t know what CSS is.
