I recently started going into my websites code.
I was changing the creat on account page since I need more info from my consumers to creat an account. Every time I would add a text box I was checking that everything was working correctly but after the third or fourth box I added it stopped showing my edits. When you load the page they appear for half a second but disappear right away…

It seems like you have added this using the application. So either you need to contact them if it not using the app then you need to check or any shopify expert need to check this..

It seems like something is hiding those fields from the backend. It should be an app or a code block causing that. Also, you can’t just add customers fields in account page, as Shopify doesn’t store that natively. You either need to store that as a metafield or as a tag in customer account.
