Liquid error: Error in tag 'section' - 'custom-fields-homepage' is not a valid section type

Hello all,

I am having this error show up on my homepage.

“Liquid error: Error in tag ‘section’ - ‘custom-fields-homepage’ is not a valid section type”

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and it is located just above the footer.

I deleted “custom-fields-homepage” thinking that would get rid of a massive gap that was between a gallery of three photos and the footer.

Please advise.

Shopify does not support the type section “custom-fields-homepage” as you said. You can refer to this link about sections in Shopify: https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/sections
