Your theme not contain “simple-preorder-bootstrap.liquid” file that’s why it’s showing this error.
Please see your theme.liquid, header.liquid and footer.liquid if you find any code with this file name “simple-preorder-bootstrap.liquid” then please remove this line from your code.

Step 1: Go to Online Store → Themes
Step 2: Select Appropriate Theme
Step 3: Go to Snippets → create snippet with file name “simple-preorder-bootstrap.liquid”
