I would like to list products in catalog without the thumbnails, a simple list (product clickable) in alphabetical order in one page:
product 1
product 2
product 3
ecc…
Is there a way to do this?

In your Shopify admin panel, click on “Online Store” and then “Pages”.

Click on “Add page” to create a new page.

Give your page a title, such as “Product List” and add any additional content you want to include on the page.

In the content area, create a list of links to your products. You can do this manually by typing in the product name and linking it to the product page URL, or you can use a Shopify app like SimpleLink to automatically create links to your products.

Once you have created your list of product links, save the page and publish it to your store.

Would be possible to set collection to display products (only the product title) without the thumbnails?

Please follow the below steps to achieve the same. Screenshots are for the Dawn theme, but customizer is same for every theme this should work for you too.
