I upload many listings, including product images, every day from our supplier’s website without any issues but when I create a manual listing and try to upload an image then Shopify says that I have gone over my limit for images. How come I am still able to upload images via a sync from another website but I cannot upload a manual image? The next level of membership above Basic is way too expensive for a small business so I cant upgrade.

How do I embed a URL in the media section of a listing?
Also, what I still find strange is, if I delete a number of pic files from the Content section then I still cant upload 1 additional pic in place of them.
I don’t see anywhere in this media block to paste a URL.
I have tried uploading an image file a few days after deleting all my old
image files and it still disallows it.
And I have already contacted Shopify support and they cant even tell me what
the size of my image storage is.
