My website in draft mode shows all the correct available items but even after saved doesn’t reflect in the live website. I have Printify and Search and Discovery. It shows only 1 available item in my website which I created month ago, if I duplicate the item doesn’t show as available.

I already did several thing and nothing seem to be working.

They are fully published and available in 3 channels (online store, shop and inbox).

There is 1 available item that is available since I create the website, they are all under the same collection. That one is showing as available, but the duplicate of that one no. That is why I think there is no issue with the collection, inventory or tags itself. Maybe printify integration?

This is usually a Printify sync or product availability issue, not the collection.

Check these 3 things:

  1. Product status → must be Active, not Draft
  2. Sales channel → make sure Online Store is selected
  3. Printify → open the product in Printify and click Republish/Sync

If duplicates don’t show, they’re usually not synced or not active.
