Hi, what should I choose as location of my store? Because I am shipping from USA and the production is there, just my registration for business is here in Germany (and I am living here aswell)
Might be a stupid question, but I am not sure how to proceed. Please help me out wise people of Shopify!
if your main market is the USA and you want to optimize shipping and customer service, registering your store in the USA might be the best option. However, be mindful of the legal and tax obligations in both countries. and you can charge tac to your European customers tax based on their laws. but also if your store’s currency is US then it must be US Based.
in short, decide upon your customer’s locations
