Hi. I the time I’ve tested 3 to 4 products I’ve had loads of add to carts but no reached checkout.
I recently went live with Facebook ads with a particular product a few days ago. First day i had 50 product page views with 8 add to carts but 0 reached checkout.
I myself tested a purchase and worked fine. I also reached out to the staff to see if they could reach checkout, which also worked.
So im a little confused as to how I could have so many add to carts but 0 reached checkout.
I want to clarify that I don’t charge shipping, and im pretty sure my shipping rates in the setting are all correct. My payment provider I’m using is Stripe Payments.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could I be doing something wrong, or doing something that’s making the customer stop proceeding to checkout?
