I’ve been using the Local Pickup option (in addition to standard shipping) for about 2 years now without issue. All of a sudden about 2-3 months ago I began to get several local pick up orders a day but they were in other states and when asked about it the customers said they did not select local pickup.
I have gone through my store, www.zero9holsters.com and on iPhone, iPad, Android and desktop I cannot recreate the issue (it defaults to shipping for me). I initially thought it was a random mistake or someone scamming to get free shipping but it is happening routinely now so I need to know if there is an issue that needs fixed.
Overall it is a small percentage of orders for each day but even 5-10 is added work for us every morning and negative interactions for customers.
