Hi Everyone, Happy New Year! I have a small business on Etsy that I just switched over to Shopify with the basic package. I wanted to offer local pickup as an option for my local customers however, when I set this up within the settings and tested it at checkout it errors out. Therefore, as a work around I added a free delivery rate with the verbiage “Local Pickup”. Is their a way to have a custom confirmation for orders with this shipping options selected to come pickup their orders? Or is their a way to properly set up pickup with the shopify base package?

I don’t see “manage” with local pickup on a basic plan. This option is only for delivery. Please advise where the “manage” section is with pick up.
