Has anyone else had problems with local English translations disappearing? This used to happen more frequently before, and discussed it for a long time with Shopify support who finally did one fix which seemed to fix it. Now however I have noticed that the local market versions again have a tendency to just vanish, which is extremely annoying.
I’m using Translate Lab for most of translations as they offer custom translations + automated translations. On the side we have Translate & Adapt for its unique feature allowing translations for different English markets (used for market specific stuff like free shipping etc.).
Now I checked a few product pages and noticed that once again the localized free shipping translations have disappeared, for like the 100th time. It’s really difficult to monitor this, as first they seem to work ok but then after some time they just go poof and disappear.
Are we the only ones with this issue?
