Location of auto generated (Google Shopping Channel App) google ads gtag inside theme code?

Can anyone tell me where inside the theme code to find the google ads gtag code that is generated by using the Google Channel App. Is it in fact put in a file there? I want to add dynamic remarketing code to my theme, but when I paste my remarketing code in, I am getting a duplicate tag since there is already one present. I want to find that code and either delete it or modify it with the code that I need in there.

I’m also facing the same issue. Adding the Remarketing tag manually only duplicated the Global site tag, as it says: “Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) detected”.

Currently trying to figure out if there’s a way to include the Remarketing tag without duplicating the Global tag, for us that use the Google App.

I’ll let you know if I find a solution.
