Lock banner image size to show regardless of display size

Having an issue with Shopify cropping my banner image depending on size of web browser. I want it to remain the size of the image uploaded regardless of display size. Like the banner on the website: https://faytthelabel.com/

I have tried a few ways of fixing this but still have no results. If someone would be able to assist with this. I am currently using the Broadcast theme 5.6.1.

Just to confirm the website you link shared is this your website? If not then can you please share your store url and password if enabled?
