I suspect this may be a long shot, but will punt for it…

I have a locked site page (Using LockApp), and customers need to buy a membership to login - this works great!

On that locked page, are youtube vids displayed carousel style by VideoReel app. I’m very happy with that app too. (recommend both)

However, I’d like a particular carousel access to be paid for / monatised content - an upsell in the locked area if you will. But no idea how to do something like that… if it’s possible at all with Shopify.

Bright ideas welcome :slightly_smiling_face: Flows, apps, workarounds, suggestions. External hosting apps seem to want my eyeballs in fees - like vimeo and patreon - then it gets complicated with overseas taxes. I have YouTube channel and vids so must be a way to do this?

Hey @Design_God - quick update for you. Decided against Shopify digital downloads for this, as you said that was clunky. So, I’ve created an upsell product with new tags, and working with LockApp who are developing and integrating a solution into their app for me to use in coming days (I’m very happy with their app). But failing that, I’ll just add the bonus content to a hidden page with a link from main page - keep it simple. Keen to see what they produce though. Thanks :slightly_smiling_face:

To conclude whilst I remember, LockPro did a fab job hiding the video reel on the already locked page, until a customer upgrades their membership adding a new #tag and revealing the reel. Looks ace - especially using the tidy VideoReel app!
