Locked account and cards as part of a security check

I used my account for about 10 days and then all of the sudden could not move money or accept any payments except PayPal.

Called support twice, it has been 9 days since the issue was escalated. Have not heard back. Gave only generic answers that my account is missing information.

One of the support tickets is 53385815.

Any update on this? In a similar situation, support has been no help so far, and need the funds available to continue to operate.

I find it ridiculous that they can do this and not provide any info or steps for you to gain access to YOUR money.
