I know my password to my profile but when I login, it’s asking me to use my two factor authentification but I don’t have access to that or my recovery code. How do I login or reset my account?
Did you set up Authentication using DUO Mobile APP on your phone. Also search your hard drives for a file called shopify_recovery_codes.txt in case you were lucky enough to have downloaded it originally. Do not expect to get help from Shopify Support as they have decided to change the support to a robot chat instead of direct contact with a human being.
