I am completely locked out of my Shopify store due to 2FA.
My account recovery case has been ongoing for weeks and is now stuck.

- No recovery codes available
- Identity verified with Shopify Support
- Alternative email provided

The problem:
- All support emails return automated “this inbox is not monitored”
- Chat requires login, which is impossible due to 2FA
- The ticket exists but no agent is responding
Can a Shopify moderator please escalate this ticket to Account Security or Account Recovery?
This is impacting billing and business operations.
