Locked out due to 2FA – Account recovery stuck

I am completely locked out of my Shopify store due to 2FA.

My account recovery case has been ongoing for weeks and is now stuck.

Details:

  • Locked out by 2FA
  • Original email domain expired
  • No recovery codes available
  • Identity verified with Shopify Support
  • Alternative email provided

The problem:

  • All support emails return automated “this inbox is not monitored”
  • Chat requires login, which is impossible due to 2FA
  • The ticket exists but no agent is responding

Can a Shopify moderator please escalate this ticket to Account Security or Account Recovery?

Yes, I have consistently referenced ticket #63369081 in all follow-ups and clearly mentioned the impact on billing and operations.

Unfortunately, all email replies return automated “not monitored” messages, and I cannot access live chat due to the 2FA lockout.

At this point, the ticket appears to be stalled with no assigned agent.

I would really appreciate if a moderator could help escalate this to Account Security or Account Recovery, as I am fully blocked and unable to resolve this through standard channels.
