Locked Out of Account, Can't Contact Real Person

I am locked out of my shopify account. It requests me to enter a 6 digit authenticator code, but I never set up an authenticator app. I can’t log in. I enter my email, but instead of getting to a screen where I can hit “forgot password” I am routed through google/my gmail to log in and back to the authenticator code screen.
I tried their support chat, but in order to speak to a real person, I need to confirm my store… and log into my account. If I could log into my account, I wouldn’t need to speak to a real person.

I am at a loss for what to do. If someone could please help me either get into my account or get me in touch with a real person I would appreciate it. I have no clue what else to do. Locked Out of Account, Can’t Contact Real Person

Try signing in through an incognito browser on a new device, logging in with email instead of Google cautiously (in case where it automatically redirects) or some other action to reset the process. “If you never set up 2FA, see if a team member turned it on. Also, attempt to log in via the Shopify mobile app — it might avoid browser-based 2FA loops.
