My company has been locked out of our Shopify Admin for almost a week now. We were told to fill out a form that Billy from Shopify sent us that had something to do with taxes. We filled out that form, sent it back to the link they provided, got confirmation that they received it and are still locked out of our admin. Still being locked out is hurting our business. We have orders from customers that we can not process and even lost a sale due to this. Daily I use Shopify admin to upload new product photos, make changes to the website, upload new weights and dimensions for shipping purposes, etc… We can’t even get our daily payouts from Shopify.
I have chatted with Shopify Support numerous times trying to figure out when this will be resolved to no avail. This problem is hurting our business and I need for it to be resolved ASAP!!! Is there anyone out there that can help me?

Please let me if there is anything else we can do to get our admin unlocked ASAP. We reuploaded the document Shopify needed yesterday but as of this morning, we are still locked out. We REALLY need to get into our admin today to process orders that have just been sitting there for around a week.
