We had been using Delirious Profit for a long time, originally to calculate pure costs before shopify added cost details, but mostly we now use it to record the actual price cost for our postage against charged rate.
This app started to show a warning that it wasn’t complient with an update Shopify was doing, but was still working. Today it doesn’t appear to be loading so I’ve lost loads of recorded data, despite still being billed, and also need an alternative app that will do the same thing. Developer has ignored all my messages.
We don’t use Shopify Shipping.
What way can I now record shipping actual cost?
