Hi there I need help opening my store with the log in its telling me that it doesn’t exist when I just purchased it last week can someone help me?

If you are receiving a message indicating that the store that you are attempting to login with does not exist - it may be due to the credentials not being correct. I would suggest trying to Recover your Shopify login details to see if you are able to successfully login. It may be possible to get access to your online store by Reseting your password.

Would you happen to be the admin of the store you are attempting to login to?
It looks like the error message you are receiving may be due to not having permissions on the online store. If you are logging in with a staff account and you are receiving this error message, you will need to get in touch with the store admin. They may be able to make changes to the permissions on the staff account to allow access.
