Hello, I am unable to login to my account as it’s asking for a code after entering my credentials but I never set one up. I cannot access my Shopify account at all. I cannot be assisted by support since I’m not logged in.

When creating a Shopify account, a unique code file is generated for login purposes in the future. However, if this file is not saved, it cannot be recovered later.

In such cases, the only option is to create a new account.
